If it requires more than 5 ingredients or can’t be made in one bowl, it’s not for me. Chickpeas are a strange food, I don’t love them (ngl 😅) but NO ONE would ever know they’re in these cookies. The key here is making sure they blend up as smooth as possible, no clumps or grit. A food processor works best. Blend well: - 1 15oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter - 1/3 cup maple syrup *you might need to let the batter cool a bit before adding the chocolate chips bc it gets warm from blending.
