Snickerdoodle Cookies Ingredients 2 3/4 cups of flour 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup unsalted butter (or Crisco) 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla Cinnamon sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon Stir flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and vanilla Combine wet and dry ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Roll dough into small balls and drop in cinnamon/sugar mix coating well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 8-9 minutes. I used parchment paper but it’s not necessary if your cookie sheets are “broken in”. | Facebook
