We are still having some warmer days here in PA though, and that’s where these Brown Butter Apple Cider Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches come in 😍🍎The perfect beginning of fall treat. And I CAN’T get over how creamy this ice cream is–so good paired with the donut!

Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 & ¾ cups of all purpose flour, ¼ cup of coconut or brown sugar, ¼ tsp of cinnamon, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of baking soda, and ¼ tsp of baking powder.
