Canadian contemporary textile artist Judy Martin lives on Manitoulin Island, where she draws a lot of inspiration from her environment and her daily view of moving water and the horizon line. Most of her work is done with fabric that she had dyed herself and which are noted for the amount of hand stitching they carry.
