A lot has changed since like damn.. ➡️ Recipe: Papa Tea’s Mushroom Chicken * 1 lb chicken thigh, skinless, 1/4 inch slices * 1 small carrot, thinly sliced * 1 small zucchini, 1/4 inch slices * 8oz (pkg) button mushrooms, wiped down and cut into 1/2 inch slices * 4-5 garlic cloves, finely minced * Cooking oil Marinade— * 1 tbsp oyster sauce * 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon * 1/4 tsp kosher salt * 1/4 tsp ground white pepper * 1/8 tsp baking soda Sauce— * 1/2 cup water or low sodium chicken broth * 2 tbsp oyster sauce * 2 tbsp shaoxing wine * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp dark soy sauce * 1 tsp sugar * 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon * 1/4 tsp ground white pepper

Ingredients: Ground Pork - 1.5lbs Onion - 1 Garlic - 3 cloves Mushrooms - 2c (diced) Sesame Oil Hoisin Sauce Korean Chili Flakes MSG Ground Ginger Salt Peanuts Green Onion Instructions: 1. Add the ground pork to a hot pan making sure to press down the flatten out. Cook on one side without disturbing for 5-8mins on medium heat to form a nice crust. 2. While cooking the pork work on your veggies. You’re going to dice an onion, garlic cloves, bell pepper and mushrooms into roughly the same size. 3. Break up the pork and mix. Continue to cook until there is no more pink. At this time add in all the veggies and cook for another 5mins mixing frequently. 4.
