Fun cupcakes! Just get cupcakes and put black icing on them. Get neon food coloring and mix it with white icing. Make them as bright as you can. Put a little water in it to make it easier to splatter. Put one icing color in a bag and cut the corner off so it's just a little whole. Squeeze and shake the bag till there is an appropriate amount of the color and then repeat with remaining colors.
