This easy breakfast casserole is a huge hit with my family and super quick to make with just ground sausage, gravy mix, and canned biscuits. Simply brown the sausage and remove any excess grease. Place it onto the bottom of a large 9x13 baking dish. Make the gravy according to the package instructions which only takes about 2 minutes. Pour the gravy over the sausage and mix it all up. Top with cut refrigerated biscuits and bake uncovered in the center rack of a 350° F oven for 20+ minutes, or until the biscuits turn a deep golden brown. Sunday brunch here we come!
