They're super creamy. And you just put them all in there and you can use fresh beans or you can use canned beans. If you're going to use canned beans though, you gotta drain rinse, drain and rinse. I always get that confused, drain, rinse, rinse, drain and rinse them and we're going to use about a quarter cup of fresh parsley and some salt and it's a pickle. I love this because if somebody's coming to work for dinner, I've always got beans on here and I can make this quick little dip and it's basically like the Italian My hands are wet. I can't wear that. Um it's basically like the Italian hummus. It's basically what it is. And then half a lemon. You can put as much garlic as you like. And we're going to just whisk this all together. Hold it all together. And then comes together with olive oil. Lots of extra extra virgin olive oil. And you know what's fun? You can make it chunky or super puree. I kind of like the in between. Wow, that's good. There it is. Rich and creamy and I love this over chicken, little chicken, fish. I just love it.
