Chicken:
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Onion powder
Garlic powder
All purpose/complete seasoning
Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic base (or garlic paste)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 shot of Bourbon, optional
1/4 tsp ground ginger
(Add 1/4 cup water to loosen your sauce)
I honestly substituted fresh garlic and ginger, etc for whatever I had at home🤍
I just make it work with what I
have!
