TEXT ON BACK OF SASH - UPGRADE If you are upgrading to have text on the back of the sash, it is a firm 25-character limit in a single color - NO images. Any requests for additional characters or colors may require an additional fee. Text on the back of sashes reads from left hip to right shoulder. Text can NOT be the same on the front & back. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION *Please note that our processing times are accurate and vary by season. *If your order qualifies for free ETSY shipping, it will ship by the most cost-efficient means (typically USPS ground) with a typical transit time of 3-7 business days. This is in addition to production time. *We recommend upgrading your shipping to priority mail, which has a 2-3 business day transit (this quickens transit time, not production times of our custom items). This may be upgraded prior to checkout. *We do give preference processing to orders that have been placed with priority mail shipping when possible. *We do NOT place preference on orders that did not upgrade to priority mail. CUSTOMIZING YOUR ITEM *Many of our items allow for more personalized options than what the ETSY system currently is set up for. We do NOT stock the full manufacturer ribbon color chart. COLOR NOTES WHEN DESIGNING YOUR SASH *BLACK/GOLD: This shade has a green undertone. Unless you know this is your color match, we do not recommend it. *CHERRY: We classify in the bright pink category, not red. *CHARCOAL: A very pretty color with a slight blue undertone. For a dark grey shade, we recommend BLACK/SILVER. *LIGHT PINK: This color can only be used on a white base, no exceptions. *We stock a few common matte colors; please contact us prior to purchase. MOCK-UP REQUESTS *Our sash listings are created and priced to easily swap out colors, text, layout, and activity images. Our volume does not allow us to send a digital image prior to creating each product. *For custom requests above these details, please contact us. There may be an additional fee for design changes and mock-ups. Depending on the time of year, it may also result in a longer processing period.
