This Garlic Bread Focaccia is a version of my viral focaccia recipe but slathered in garlic butter and topped with a mix of mozzarella and gruyere cheese.

• 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh

• 550 g Bread flour

• 1 tbsp Sea salt

• 1 tbsp Sugar

• 2 tsp Yeast, instant dry

Oils & Vinegars

• 3 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

• 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

• 1/4 cup Gruyere

• 1/2 cup Mozzarella
