Baked Mac & Cheese
Ingredients • 16 oz elbow pasta • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon (boiling water) • 1 teaspoon badia complete seasoning • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • pinch of salt • 1 stick butter • 2 eggs • 8 oz sour cream • 8 0z cream cheese • 1 cup heavy cream • 32 - 40 oz of mixed cheese (I shredded sharp cheddar, extra sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and colby & monterey jack cheese) • paprila and parsley to garnish

But I added a few other ingredients that I thought would amplify the taste. 👅 8 oz cream cheese (you can use less. Like 4-6oz) One salmon fillet (cut into cubes) 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped 3-4 garlic cloves. Minced 1 cup cherry tomatoes ( I used one pint) 1 cup fresh spinach 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper 8oz pasta of choice, cooked Baked everything except pasta at 350F for 20-22 mins or until tomatoes are blistered. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Add pasta and toss together. Serve and enjoy Note: I didn’t feel the need to add a bit of reserved pasta wat

Full recipe: - Melt some butter in a pan, and then add in 4 cloves of diced garlic, and sauté for 1min. - Then toss in 1 diced onion and 1/2 diced carrot. After 2min mix in your Protein of choice and sauté till half cooked - then add in 2 cups stewed tomatoes, and 2 Tbsp wine (optional).
