Stir Fried Chayote Shoots, aka 龙须菜 or literally meaning Dragon-Beard or Dragon-Whisker vegetable. This dish was served by a stall at Yang Ming Shan, Taiwan. They vegetable was stir fried with garlic, sliced red chilli and cashew nuts. Chayote is also known as chuchu in Brazil. It is known as 佛手瓜 in China and labu siam (or Siamese pumpkin) in Indonesia.
