lyrics
In the somber distance afar,
Where fates weave their tale,
Above the realm of untold gods,
The ancient dreams of Chude unfold.
Brave through storms,
Let it be as it may,
Fear not the tempests of creation,
Wait for the northern dawn!
Wait for the northern dawn,
It shall light the icy expanse,
Rising with sparks of hope,
The northern horns shall resound.
The northern horns shall resound.
In the palm, stars are gathered by the one who desires,
To surrender as a shadow reversed to the depths below,
And I need no stars, just give me a few lines,
Truly, I don't require much!
I know the firmament!
The northern sky slumbers, forgetting grievances,
In due time, lead me upon the Milky Way,
Sorrow clenches the chest. Have I disturbed you?
Forgive me.
Let doubts be silent, I implore you, speak!
I wished to bypass the crossroads of fate,
To avoid it all.
I'm late, help me.
Like a river in the tundra,
Where the water is pure, where the lakes are small,
You summon us along!
Thank you @Chepe for the great suggestion!
I was very familiar with GRIMA, of course, you'd think I knew Ultar... I didn't but finally I am here :)
Highly recommended for all Grima fans of course, and all atmospheric BM fans alike. sashavonkarl74
A lot of bands play a dark, gripping, and deeply emotional sound, but no one does it quite like Gaerea. Ive loved all their stuff up to this point, but they have truly topped themselves with Mirage. I believe this album is a masterpiece. seven skeletons
Russian Post-Black Metal. Once again, another project I knew very little about! This is their latest album & what belter it is! Atmospheres so thick you cannot see through & some fantastic musicianship throughout. Love the vocals & their range - don't know if it is one person or more but... :) No favourites & I shall be looking into their discography in the future for sure... :) FFO Grima, Deafheaven & similar. Highly recommended!!! bmurator
Hamburg singer and songwriter contrasts driving indie rock with tender-hearted country on her introspective, highly entertaining second LP. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 27, 2025
Graceful, sophisticated, and elegant. This is black metal as high art. The compositions are masterful, the production flawless, and the atmosphere sublime. Teeth Of The Fae Fan
