This position focuses on developing manufacturing processes and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of components. You will serve as a key liaison between internal engineering teams and external suppliers, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain and production line. Key Responsibilities: ·        Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability. ·        Assess and improve supplier capabilities through audits, training, and performance evaluations. ·        Develop and implement processes that enhance supplier quality, consistency, and reliability. ·        Work with suppliers to address production issues, resolve quality concerns, and implement corrective actions. ·        Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization within the supply chain. ·        Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies. ·        Develop and document best practices for supplier partnerships and process improvements. ·        Serve as a technical point of contact between suppliers and internal manufacturing teams. ·        Support the introduction of new products by working closely with both internal teams and suppliers to meet production goals. Qualifications: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ·        Experience in supplier management, manufacturing engineering, or a related role. ·        Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. ·        Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. ·        Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and suppliers.
