Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to make my models private?
Yes! Pro users and above can make models private (unlisted) and optionally password-protected. Learn more.
What happens to my models (private or otherwise) if I downgrade in the future?
Your models and settings will be preserved. However, you will not be able to access or share a private model unless you re-upgrade to Pro or make the model public. Additionally, you will not be able to edit some settings, such as annotations, if you are over the limit for your plan.
Can I remove all external links or use a white-label version of the embedded viewer?
Advanced embed customization features are available to Premium and Enterprise customers. Learn more here.
How can I pay?
We currently accept PayPal subscription payments, which includes all major credit cards supported by PayPal. Contact us if you need help.
Are model views limited?
Generally, we do not limit or charge fees for traffic to your models. However, this policy is subject to fair use: if your model traffic is higher than 99% of customers, we may require you to upgrade. If this occurs on your account, someone on our team will reach out to you about next steps. Please note that most accounts never reach this threshold.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time through the subscriptions section of your PayPal account. Contact us if you need help.
Is my information safe?
We do not store your credit card information. Your models are not available for download unless you allow it. We will never ever share any of your personal information with anyone.
Can I get a discount?
Students, teachers, and schools can get a discounted Pro account. Learn more about the Sketchfab Education Program.
Can I get mutliple seats (Sketchfab for Teams) if I already have a Premium or Enterprise account?
