There is said to be three parts to spiritual practice, the external, the internal, and the secret levels. Within each of these levels the five elements, earth, water, fire, wind, and space, are intimately connected.

These elements are not merely aspects of the physical world, but one facet of the sacred jewel that is our living universe. How we connect with these elements and recognize their qualities, from the physical to the esoteric, can transform our experience and awareness entirely.

"The Book of Secrets" although referential to Tibetan Bön Buddhism, will be a different story for each listener, and perhaps even each time you decide to listen. It is my own feeling that the "Book of Secrets" no longer belongs exclusively to my personal experience, although parts of it are contained here. I hope that, hidden within these chapters and lying beyond these measures, lay all the answers to the questions you seek.
