Ketoheksokinaza (EC 2.7.1.3, ketoheksokinaza (fosforilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-fruktoza 1-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + D-fruktoza ADP + D-fruktoza 1-fosfat
D-sorboza, D-tagatoza, 5-dezhidro-D-fruktoza i brojne druge ketoze i njihovi analozi takođe mogu da bufu supstrati.
