Our Journey

IT&E has been serving the communities of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands for more than 35 years as a leader in wireless voice and data services and business solutions in the region, serving 90,000 wireless and 21,000 wireline customers in the region. Major shareholders of IT&E include Citadel Holdings, SK Telecom and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

Our story began in the late 1970’s, when operators still connect calls manually. Today we have the widest data network in Guam and the Marianas. Ours is a story of technological innovation, exploration and evolution.
