Thanks to Angry Metal Guy for highlighting this stunner of an album! I've listened to almost nothing else for the past 3 weeks. Genuinely not a weak spot anywhere, one of the few albums I've been able to listen to recently without wanting to skip or losing interest. Love it! Favorite track: Abyss.

Arcane Synthetic As I take in this spellbinding new output from these magnificent musicians my nostalgia is immense for about a decade ago when I last saw them perform. I loved what they were doing then and I’m loving this record even more.

All the layers in the music and story in this album are phenomenal! There are riffs in there that you wish would go on longer, that keep pulling you back to play it again. Double guitar solo's, different rythms, epic singing, grunts, screams. Everything super tight - these musicians are really something else. Brain food! hainaj

I bought this album expecting doom, got an album full of eclectic heavy rock that is closer to American bands like Mastodon than British Doom ala Cathedral. Still, the vocals are absolutely gorgeous, the production is lush and punchy, the melodies ebb and flow. This album is a like a warm blanket on a cold winter's evening. And yes, there are nods to that classic British doom sound dispersed throughout the album. Not quite what I had expected, but a fantastic album nonetheless. Jan
