All the layers in the music and story in this album are phenomenal! There are riffs in there that you wish would go on longer, that keep pulling you back to play it again. Double guitar solo's, different rythms, epic singing, grunts, screams. Everything super tight - these musicians are really something else. Brain food!

I bought this album expecting doom, got an album full of eclectic heavy rock that is closer to American bands like Mastodon than British Doom ala Cathedral. Still, the vocals are absolutely gorgeous, the production is lush and punchy, the melodies ebb and flow. This album is a like a warm blanket on a cold winter's evening. And yes, there are nods to that classic British doom sound dispersed throughout the album. Not quite what I had expected, but a fantastic album nonetheless.

Truly one of the best albums I've ever listened to in my whole life. A single track in seven parts making me feel anything I can ever feel, going sometimes too much but in a very controled way - it's one of the albums I could ever dream of.
