The ninth release to surface from the Dama Dama camp comes from mysterious new artist and signing, Shire Tea. Recently featured on the fabric presents Maribou State compilation mix, Shire Tea’s ‘Hackney Birdwatch’ is a seamless chemistry between dusty rolling drums, weighted piano chords and fuzzy buried vocals - all leading into a punchy Acid bassline that gives a firm nod to earlier raving days.

Hailing from the quiet woodlands of Hertfordshire this new single for Shire Tea comes as a debut for the artist but a continuation of the new limited-edition vinyl series from Dama Dama. Alongside the digital release, a one-off press of 100 hand stamped vinyl’s will be available featuring the original plus a Dub version on the B side.
