The production on this is so perfect. With the sound they were aiming for, they nailed it 100 percent! Sure the following albums vastly improved, but theres just something about this record that really makes you feel a certain way. I didn't know I needed these guys so much until now.

If you have strong imagination, the songs on this album seem to put you in a dreamlike trance. Udalil Tvoy Nomer was the first song to get me into Molchat Doma. I hadn't heard it until I went to my first concert of theirs, when I fell in love with the song, and the band. To this day, it is one of the best performances I've ever heard, and it's wonderful to hear how the songs from this album sound recorded vs. live. Utonut is my current favorite, unable to leave my brain for the last 2 weeks.

After the beauty of the last 3 albums, it's as if this one has brought me to life. Since I first heard the album, I have not gone one single day without listening to at least one song. I typically listen to Kolesom, Ya Tak Ustal, and Chernye Cvety daily. It's as if I've heard the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard in my life- put together into one, with those perfect dark sounds and themes.
