Soak & boil yellow moong dal until soft. Boil peas as well. 2. In a chopper, add boiled dal, peas, chopped onion, garlic, and rice flour. 3. Grind into a coarse dough-like mixture (don’t overblend). 4. Shape into small kebab balls. 5. Place each ball directly onto a hot tawa, press down with a roti on top, and flatten using a heavy object. 6. Cook from both sides until crispy and golden. 7. Top with onion slices and 1 tsp healthy mayo. 8. Roll it up and enjoy warm or pack for lunch!
