Ultimate Crispy Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients: 2 large chicken breasts (butterflied and pounded thin) 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs (beaten) 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter (divided) 1 lb fettuccine pasta 1½ cups heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 garlic cloves (minced) ½ tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish) Instructions: Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Coat chicken: dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
