I love the arched windows throughout this space, and I didn’t want to hide them by hanging classic curtains. Instead, we decided to make them even more of a focal point by installing interior shutters that our cabinet maker, Marvin, made from white oak. This also helped to tie in the wood used in the kitchen cabinetry, keeping the whole space visually cohesive.
