Standing Wave 3 is an ActionScript 3 audio library that provides high-level control over the Flash Player’s SampleDataEvent API for streaming audio output. It builds on the foundation of Standing Wave 2 but has been extensively refactored, with its core sample storage and manipulation routines rewritten using Adobe Alchemy for significant performance improvements. Originally derived from the audio engine used in the Noteflight Score Editor, the library allows developers to combine and chain together audio sources, filters, and sequences to create dynamic, real-time sound experiences. Supported audio sources include MP3s, WAV files, and algorithmic generators, while filters enable effects such as echo, equalization, and envelope shaping. The system is flexible enough to handle complex timing sequences of audio, making it suitable for advanced audio applications or interactive projects.

Starling-Extension-Graphics is an extension for the Starling framework (which itself is a GPU-accelerated 2D framework for Flash/AIR via Stage3D). This extension adds graphics primitives (fills, strokes, planes etc.) that mimic flash.display.Graphics-style drawing but implemented in a GPU-friendly manner. It automatically triangulates vector shapes, letting developers use familiar drawing APIs but get performance benefits of GPU rendering via Starling. Starling is an ActionScript 3 library that mimics the conventional Flash display tree architecture. In contrast to conventional display objects, however, Starling "lives" entirely inside the Stage3D environment. That means that all objects are rendered directly by the GPU, which leads to a significant performance boost.

The Starling Extension Particle System is an ActionScript extension for the Starling framework that enables developers to integrate particle effects created with the "Particle Designer" tool by 71squared into Starling-based applications. The demo-directory contains a sample project. To compile it, add a reference to the Starling library and add the source directory that contains the particle system classes. SwiftSuspenders is a lightweight dependency injection framework for ActionScript, providing a flexible and metadata-driven way to manage object dependencies in AS3 applications. Chaining multiple injectors to create modular dependency-mapping graphs much like inheritance works in OOP. Defining local and shared scope for mappings, akin to public and private members of a class. Support object live-cycle management (note: The latter part of that management, i.e. the destruction, is not yet implemented, but will be for 2.0 final). Injection requests configurable using standardized metadata.

Swiz is a micro-architecture framework for building rich internet applications using ActionScript 3 and Adobe Flex, promoting simplicity and a structured approach to application design. Swiz does not use GitHub for issue tracking or documentation. Documentation can be found in the Swiz wiki and bugs and feature requests should be entered in the Swiz JIRA instance.
