Otherwise, your Airflow package version will be upgraded automatically, and you will have to manually run airflow upgrade db to complete the migration. This operator currently works with the Great Expectations V3 Batch Request API only. If you would like to use the operator in conjunction with the V2 Batch Kwargs API, you must use a version below 0.1.0. This operator uses Great Expectations Checkpoints instead of the former ValidationOperators. Because of the above, this operator requires Great Expectations >=v0.13.9, which is pinned in the requirements.txt starting with release 0.0.5.

    This repository holds slides and code for a full Bayesian statistics graduate course. Bayesian statistics is an approach to inferential statistics based on Bayes' theorem, where available knowledge about parameters in a statistical model is updated with the information in observed data. The background knowledge is expressed as a prior distribution and combined with observational data in the form of a likelihood function to determine the posterior distribution. The posterior can also be used for making predictions about future events. Bayesian statistics is a departure from classical inferential statistics that prohibits probability statements about parameters and is based on asymptotically sampling infinite samples from a theoretical population and finding parameter values that maximize the likelihood function. Mostly notorious is null-hypothesis significance testing (NHST) based on p-values.

    A block array is a partition of an array into blocks or subarrays, see Wikipedia for a more extensive description. This package has two purposes. Firstly, it defines an interface for an AbstractBlockArray block arrays that can be shared among types representing different types of block arrays. The advantage to this is that it provides a consistent API for block arrays. Secondly, it also implements two different types of block arrays that follow the AbstractBlockArray interface. The type BlockArray stores each block contiguously while the type PseudoBlockArray stores the full matrix contiguously. This means that BlockArray supports fast noncopying extraction and insertion of blocks while PseudoBlockArray supports fast access to the full matrix to use in for example a linear solver.

    Use CBinding.jl to automatically create C library bindings with Julia at runtime. In order to support the fully automatic conversion and avoid name collisions, the names of C types or functions are mangled a bit to work in Julia. Therefore everything generated by CBinding.jl can be accessed with the c"..." string macro to indicate that it lives in C-land. As an example, the function func above is available in Julia as c"func". It is possible to store the generated bindings to more user-friendly names (this can sometimes be automated, see the j option). Placing each C declaration in its own macro helps when doing this manually.

    Chronos is a replacement for cron. It is a distributed and fault-tolerant scheduler that runs on top of Apache Mesos that can be used for job orchestration. It supports custom Mesos executors as well as the default command executor. Thus by default, Chronos executes sh (on most systems bash) scripts. Chronos can be used to interact with systems such as Hadoop (incl. EMR), even if the Mesos slaves on which execution happens do not have Hadoop installed. Chronos is also natively able to schedule jobs that run inside Docker containers. Chronos has a number of advantages over regular cron. It allows you to schedule your jobs using ISO8601 repeating interval notation, which enables more flexibility in job scheduling. Chronos also supports the definition of jobs triggered by the completion of other jobs. It supports arbitrarily long dependency chains. The easiest way to use Chronos is to use DC/OS and install chronos via the universe.

    The Common Core Ontology Repository

    The Common Core Ontologies (CCO) comprise twelve ontologies that are designed to represent and integrate taxonomies of generic classes and relations across all domains of interest. CCO is a mid-level extension of Basic Formal Ontology (BFO), an upper-level ontology framework widely used to structure and integrate ontologies in the biomedical domain (Arp, et al., 2015). BFO aims to represent the most generic categories of entity and the most generic types of relations that hold between them, by defining a small number of classes and relations. CCO then extends from BFO in the sense that every class in CCO is asserted to be a subclass of some class in BFO, and that CCO adopts the generic relations defined in BFO (e.g., has_part) (Smith and Grenon, 2004). Accordingly, CCO classes and relations are heavily constrained by the BFO framework, from which it inherits much of its basic semantic relationships.
