Open Source C++ Compilers

The goal of the c6x-tools project is to provide an Open Source development environment for users of the TI TMS320C6x DSP family. This includes (but is not limited to) the following commonly-used devices: 'C6211, 'C6711, 'C6201 and 'C6701.

SSEPlus is a SIMD function library. It provides optimized emulation for newer SSE instructions. It also provides a rich set of high performance routines for common operations such as arithmetic, bitwise logic, and data packing and unpacking.

FPGAsm is a low-level alternative to verilog and VHDL. A near-instant 'assembler for FPGAs', this simple yet powerful language facilitates bottom-up design, layout and wiring of modules, and generation of .xdl output.
