The Hanalyzer is a tool designed to help biologists explain results observed in genome-scale experiments and to generate new hypotheses. It combines information extraction, semantic data integration, reasoning, and visualization.

HiPlot is an interactive visualization toolkit for exploring high-dimensional experiments, especially those produced during hyperparameter search or ablation studies. You can load results from simple CSV/JSON logs or programmatically push “experiments” with typed fields, metrics, and tags. The UI supports dynamic filtering, color mapping, and tooltip details so you can iteratively narrow to the most promising configurations. Because it renders as self-contained HTML, you can embed the visualization in notebooks, export it, or serve it as a lightweight web app for teammates. HiPlot also offers summary statistics, correlation hints, and outlier highlighting to surface patterns that aren’t obvious from raw tables.

Uses alternate data streams to provide arbitrary tagging and searching of files within NTFS and other modern file systems supporting alternate data streams. Customisable vocabulary provides searchable standardised tagging system of file associations. Unlike most other file archiving systems, no additional database is required, and the system is robust, and persists file attributes irrespective of renaming / moving / copying / modifying etc. I would appreciate your opinions and suggestions / bugs etc.
