DSF is a high-throughput platform of TSA assay to screen various conditions that affect protein stability. To facilitate TSA data analysis, we developed an automatic tool "TSA-CRAFT". TSA-CRAFT was developed by integrating PERL script and Gnuplot. PERL scripts manage the entire workflow and data processing procedures of TSA data analysis. On the other hand, Gnuplot takes over the curve fitting and result presentation works. All analysed results are coded in an html file that can be easily displayed by a web browser.

ThermV thermal analysis software package aims to provide the most sophisticated automatic analysis of thermal analysis data (TG/DTG, DTA and DSC). It offers new algorithm for concurrent peak deconvolution at different heating rates and provides full kinetic analysis of these data, including isoconversional methods for Ea, determination of reaction model and full kinetic triplet, Avrami coefficients, and dimensionality of crystal growth for reactions in the solid state. The project is currently in alpha stage, where individual modules will be provided for data analysis. The modules for peak deconvolution, peak profile analysis and determination of Ea and lnA will be provided first. Full GUI will be provided in beta stage. Due to computational limitations, the code is partly programmed in Python and partly in R. Python code will eventually be fully integrated into GUI. X10 is a class-based, strongly-typed, garbage-collected, object-oriented language. To support concurrency and distribution, X10 uses the Asynchronous Partitioned Global Address Space programming model (APGAS). This model introduces two key concepts -- places and asynchronous tasks -- and a few mechanisms for coordination. With these, APGAS can express both regular and irregular parallelism, message-passing-style and active-message-style computations, fork-join and bulk-synchronous parallelism. Both its modern, type-safe sequential core and simple programming model for concurrency and distribution contribute to making X10 a high-productivity language in the HPC and Big Data spaces. User productivity is further enhanced by providing tools such as an Eclipse-based IDE (X10DT).
