AAChartKit is an elegant and friendly (user-friendly && enviroment-friendly) chart framework for iOS, based on the open source Highcharts JS libraries. AAChartKit is extremely powerful, easy to configure and a pleasure to use. Currently AAChartKit includes support for the following chart types: column chart, bar chart, area chart, area spline chart, line chart, spline chart, radar chart, polar chart, pie chart, bubble chart, pyramid chart, funnel chart, column range and area range chart. More chart types are planned to be supported. AAChartKit gives you easy and fast access to a wide range of chart types, hassle-free and quick to integrate into your own project. Unlike previous imperative programming techniques, drawing any custom chart in AAChartKit, you don't need to care about the inner implementation details which is annoying && boring.

ACME is a Julia package for the simulation of electrical circuits, focusing on audio effect circuits. It allows one to programmatically describe a circuit in terms of elements and connections between them and then automatically derive a model for the circuit. The model can then be run on varying input data.

ADOMA stands for: Alternative Display Of Multiple Alignment. ADOMA can create four different displays of a multiple sequence alignment: a ClustalW alignment in HTML format, a simplified ClustalW alignment in HTML and/or txt format and a colored ClustalW alignment in HTML format. For examples of these outputfiles check the screenshots. ADOMA uses ClustalW to create the multiple alignment from DNA or protein sequences and displays them slightly different than the normal output of ClustalW. The ADQ project aims to provide device drivers and a terminal based data acquisition and control program for the Meilhaus ME26 data acquisition board and the Meilhaus ME53 relay boards. The data can also be displayed in real time with a Web page.

The purpose of this project is to implement a java program that can show/edit Neural Network objects made in matlab.

The AOFlagger is a tool that can find and remove radio-frequency interference (RFI) in radio astronomical observations. The code has been highly optimized for speed and accuracy. It is used by default for the LOFAR radio telescope and thus is in productional stage. The software can run in a fully automated way, but a graphical interface is provided to analyse results and tweak the strategy. The preferred input file format is the Casa Measurement Set (MS) format. I believe that the AOFlagger is the best available flagger, both in terms of accuracy and speed. It has been succesfully used on several interferometric telescopes, including LOFAR, WSRT, VLA, GMRT, ATCA and MWA, and the single-dish telescopes Parkes and Arecibo 305m. Besides the flagger, the software consists of tools to efficiently visualize data in different ways, such as plotting time-frequency diagrams and power spectra. It provides the programs rficonsole, rfigui, aoqplot, aoquality and more.

APTo is a free and open-source tool to view, explore and analyse 3D Atom Probe data. You can start by simply opening a *.pos file with the corresponding *.rng file.
