YACOMAS (Yet another conference management system). A Conference management system written in PHP and MySQL

Yggdrasill is a 3D phylogenetic tree visualization software based on the Unity 5 engine. Intended for educational and scientific purposes this demonstration release allows to display and explore evolutionary relationships between different terrestrial vertebrate species. Currently available features include procedural tree generation of evolutionary data provided by the Tree of Life (ToL) Web Project (http://tolweb.org/tree/), full three dimensional camera controls as well as a web search, an extinct species overlay and more. Later updates will include the full ToL dataset, improve tree generation and overall accessability, as well as adding access to other datasets. Special thanks go to the Tree of Life Web Project and all its contributors for providing the data and to Unity Technologies for free access to Unity 5.

Code for modeling estimated deaths and infections for COVID-19 from "Estimating the effects of non-pharmaceutical interventions on COVID-19 in Europe", Flaxman, Mishra, Gandy et al, Nature, 2020, the published version of our original Report 13. This is the release related to our Tiers paper, where we use the latent factor model to estimate the effectiveness of tiers systems in England. Peer-reviewed version is to be out soon. All other code is still the same for previous releases. The code should be run in full mode to obtain credible results. Not running a full run to estimate anything is not recommended and discouraged. Only a full run should be used to get results.

All can be used to take a look how things can be done in Gambas, not with the idea to supply a product or a finished program. The sourcecode can easily be run from Gambas2 on Linux. Some small programs that appear here are in real use in a small business, but no warranty is given! SimpleDemo contains more complete apps that can be used to demonstrate a working Gambas program. Database is often needed. SimpleSample is more a small piece of sample code as a reminder how gambas works or how something can be done. Empty project is an example of how you can start with some things in place already; just copy the code to any new project, more templates might appear. Feedback is welcomed of course, bugs might be corrected if you create a ticket in the bug list.

EDIT 2018/08: this project has been moved to https://gitlab.com/skramm/gensched all further developments will be over there. This is a command-line tool that generates HTML schedule pages for college or universities small structures. it generates a week-based schedule from an input file holding a list of events. It also computes various information and statistics, and shows these in various useful ways, all on static HTML pages that can be printed or hosted.

GestorXML is a DMS. It's based on XML. You can classify documents by categories, adding security constraints based on users and groups. The documents are managed by an standalone application and consulted through an web interface.

This project aims to create language glossaries in order to be able to easily convert them e.g. for OmegaT or Vocabulary (OpenOffice.org) file format. Step by step all languages will be included - it was inactive for quite a long time - I'll add lists to be worked on here and these lists will go into OmegaWiki as well.
