RINGS "Rigorous Investigation of Networks Generated using Simulations" is a scientific code developed in Fortran90/MPI to analyze the results of molecular dynamics simulations. Its main feature is the analysis of the connectivity using ring statistics.

This is the central site for all toolchain components whether you are targetting to run Linux or bare metal on the Blackfin and future processors, running on Linux or Windows hosts. These components consist of GNU Binutils, GNU Compiler Collection (gcc), GNU Debugger (gdb), elf2flt utility, LDR utility, Libraries (libdsp, newlib, libgloss and uClibc), JTAG tools: (both urjtag and gdbproxy), etc. The source for all of these tools is available from our git repository, and any of these tools should build on almost any host system, including all Linux and Unix based OSes, and run on Windows. ISAAC (Integrated Solution Algorithm for Arbitrary Configurations) is a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code developed to test and apply high order turbulence models for compressible flows around complex geometric configurations.

Buildroot is a set of Makefiles and patches that makes it easy to generate a complete embedded Linux system. Buildroot can generate a kernel image, various libraries and applications in a root filesystem. Buildroot is useful mainly for people working with small or embedded systems, using various CPU architectures (x86, ARM, Blackfin, MIPS, PowerPC, etc.). It automates the building process of your embedded system and eases the cross-compilation process. EPx is a "modified version of EnergyPlus v. 7 or 8", a fork of the open-source building energy simulation engine developed by the US Department of Energy. This project also contains the canonical open-source releases of the unmodified EnergyPlus source code.

The .Net Native Interface Library (DotNetNativeInterface) is a native programming interface which provides a way for C/C++ programming language to interact with applications and libraries written in any of the .Net languages (such as C#, VB.Net etc). Programmers can use DotNetNativeInterface native methods to access .Net 3rd party libraries or .Net Framework Libraries without the need for registry entries, COM registrations or changes to the .Net libraries. The following examples illustrate when you need to use DotNetNativeInterface native methods: 1. You want to access and use .Net Framework Class Library in your application. 2. You want to access and use 3rd party .Net Libraries in your application. Competitive Advantages: 1. Access to .Net Framework Class Library. 2. No COM registration of .Net Libraries is required when deployed. 3. Allows any programming language to consume .Net libraries as if they were native code.

A compiler and cross-compiler for (Currently) Cobol (with Fortran being added later). It is intended to be the first self-hosted open-source Cobol Compiler, e.g. the compiler itself will be written using Cobol.
