Open Source Objective-C 2.0 Games

Orx is a portable, lightweight, plugin-based, data-driven and extremely easy to use 2D-oriented game engine. As orx is data driven, it allows users to create games with a small number of lines of code and reduces drastically the development time.

3SUM aims to provide a powerful 2 to 3D programmable environment that allow editing several kind of contents and linking the relationships among Objective-C type. 3SUM sits on the top of AP3 framework which consit of 3D screen graph Objective-C API, C++ geometry math classes, basic mesh implementations, raster compositor and thread managements. AP3 also have a few foundation classes for data manipulation purpose, such as AAObject root which allows tagging object with selector-keyed arbitrarily typed bytes, or AAChunk, an equal-entry array which allows managing two or more binary streams as a single multi-field stream, or striding one stream into some, and some other partitioning abstractions. AP3 also provides a GUI system for NSOperation management, to provide the concurrency as much as everywhere-possible.

The CMGDK is an game engine useable in C++11. It is completely cross-platform, using OpenGL Core 3.3(need DSA,VAB) and OpenAL.

Project is to maintain the open source tree for the Azusa Derived Distribution Edition of the SIO2 SDK v1.4 Game Engine Free Ed., previously distributed by sio2interactive.com in the book by Tony Mullen, "3D for iPhone Apps with Blender and SIO2."

SimKit(because GameKit was taken) is designed to allow quick and easy cross platform abstraction away from platform dependant drawing and physics libraries. The APIs provide a generic way to make common calls for drawing, animating, and otherwise manipulating 3D entities, as well as shading and texture information.
