Gosmore is an OpenStreetMap navigation application. It can display the map in 2D and 3D. It also provides searching and turn-by-turn routing capabilities. All the data is stored offline in it's own binary format.

Ultimately intended to make a comparing decision on suitability for agriculture. We will see how far we get or if we surpass it even, e.g with weather data and more. Why 33 as the name? Even though the answers we could get from the project might be very important, they won't be "The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything", so not quite 42. But why exactly 33? Well, the founder had a project given up project of self-sustainability at house number 33. As the bounds of the topic of this project now is not quite clear or well defined, it is sort of a sentimental reference to the older project. And why a Spanish Unixname? Always English is boring.

AICtools is a GIS workflow and set of tools to facilitate Automated Imagery Classification (AIC) and analysis of surface features over time. Allows bulk processing of large data sets, including automated metadata processing/filtering, compressed archive extraction and file manipulation, raster band compositing, pre-processing, mosaicking, clipping. Automates a subset of operations involved in classification of satellite imagery and the associated raster calculations used for time trend analysis.

ArgooMap is an online, map-based discussion forum, which allows participants to reference their contributions to geographic locations. The BioEnergy Allocation and Simulation Tool (BEAST) is a tool dedicated to assess political goals of woody bioenergy production in the context of available biomass potentials and corresponding economic and ecological criteria on a regional level. It is a useful tool in participative decision making processes by iterative simulation and visualization of complex issues. BEAST is a data- and model-driven Decision Support System (DSS) evaluating woody biomass potentials from forests, hedges and trees outside forests as well as short rotation coppice (SRC). The latter one is modelled spatially explicit. This opens the possibility to identify prefered areas for SRC production under different restrictions and goals. Forest wood and wood from outside forests are treated only aggregated.

The aim of this project is to translate the geostatistical BMELib Matlab Toolbox (http://www.unc.edu/depts/case/BMELIB/) into Python.
