Open Source PHP GIS Software for Windows

OpenSeaMap's goal is to add nautical and tourism information a sailor could be interested in to OSM (OpenStreetMap) and to present it in a pleasing way. Those include beacons, buoys and other seamark and port information.

GG-Tracker tracks the location of your mobile device. It displays your position on the internet using Google Maps / Earth and uses live updates via ajax technology. Trip Tracker is a position tracking client-server system. A real time tracking environment can be set up with a GPS receiver and a tracking server. The map client can show the map position of the GPS client in real time.
