Founded in 1997, FlightGear is developed by a worldwide group of volunteers, brought together by a shared ambition to create the most realistic flight simulator possible that is free to use, modify and distribute. FlightGear is used all over the world by desktop flight simulator enthusiasts, for research in universities and for interactive exhibits in museums. FlightGear features more than 400 aircraft, a worldwide scenery database, a multi-player environment, detailed sky modelling, a flexible and open aircraft modelling system, varied networking options, multiple display support, a powerful scripting language and an open architecture. Best of all, being open-source, the simulator is owned by the community and everyone is encouraged to contribute.

QuteScoop is a platform-independent status indicator for VATSIM. It's available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Visit its new development location https://github.com/qutescoop/qutescoop for current downloads and source code.

Palomino was an unfinished action/combat flight simulator. Air-to-air combat mode was never implemented. However, it does have a land-on-carrier and shoot-SAMs missions. Requires OpenSceneGraph. Optional: SDL, FLTK.

This is a collection of all liveries that are available for the de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin for FlightGear Flight Simulator. The reason is that there are two versions (a "normal" and a "rusted" version) of most liveries available. Moreover some fictional liveries are not available in FlightGear's official livery databese. So this project has the intention to provide a place where all liveries for this wonderful aircraft are located at one place. Feel free to contact me via the FlightGear forum
