Electronic Arts Inc. has released the source code for Command & Conquer Red Alert under the GPL V3 license below, with additional terms at the bottom. This ZIP file is the full repository snapshot and includes source code for Command & Conquer Red Alert. This release provides support to the Steam Workshop for the game. Command and Conquer: Red Alert is a classic real-time strategy (RTS) game developed by Electronic Arts, with its source code available on GitHub for archival and preservation purposes. This repository offers tools to assist with compiling and running the game on modern platforms. It supports Steam Workshop integration, and while not currently accepting contributions, the repository serves as an open-source preservation project for the game. Developers interested in restoring the game or adapting it for new environments will find helpful dependencies and build tools outlined in the repository.

Vector Pascal is a language targeted at SIMD multi-core instruction-sets such as the AVX and SSE2 or x86-64-v3. It has a SIMD compiler which supports parallel vector operations, loop unrolling, common sub expression removal etc. It is implemented in Java.

Perix is a 16/32/64-Bit protected mode kernel, bootable and capable of running with or without an operating system. Burn is a small and compact 32x32 256 color image (sprite) editor for Dos (or POSIX, using Dosbox or Dosemu). It currently contains several gfx-effects than can be applied to images, animation features and a tiny scripting language (amongst others).

This project born a few years ago when I encountered a fatal bug on a production environment, unfortunately not replicable on my development machine. I spent many time finding a solution, using also freeware and commercial third-party tools and libraries, but none helped me because the bug crashed the process, and no of the above tools could be able to catch the exception before the process dying. Also, it was not possible to install a development environment onto the production machines, so the only solution was to develop a debugger which didn't need any user/developer interaction. I used many open source resources, then I decided to make the Bug Finder an open source project. It is built over a pluggable architecture to support other languages different from Borland Delphi (the one I used to develop my faulting application and the Bug Finder too). "DSO" is a Digital Signal Oscilloscope. My DSO will be connected via the USB to the PC. All software to operate the DSO is developed within this project.

Plato is an open-source operating system designed to run binaries from almost any operating system. Plato is also desinged with the user in mind. It will have an enjoyable, easy to understand and use interface, and everything will be customizable.

Based upon my 20+ year old super fast QCrt text mode display driver, QuickCrt is an event driven object-oriented framework for rapid application development using Turbo Pascal 7.0 for DOS. Completely self contained, it uses no 3rd party or original Borland units (excluding the built-in System unit). It uses no Turbo Vision and is more like Delphi minus the drag and drop. It has support for String formatting, Custom text fonts, Themes, Keyboard mappings, Config files and Multiple languages baked into it. However, this initial version is more of a "Proof of Concept" and engine for PGME. Rather than an actual project. It has some serious limitations. Since it was built in a "vacuum" with no pre-planning, it is a little bit of spaghetti code. Also, it doesn't support real windowing, multi-tasking or draw behind visible objects. QCrt 9 is currently under development. It is a complete rewrite in assembly with TP wrappers. It is being hosted at http://github.com/LoopZ/QCrt
