    Lumen Framework

    Lumen Framework

    The Laravel Lumen Framework

Laravel Lumen is a stunningly fast PHP micro-framework for building web applications with expressive, elegant syntax. We believe development must be an enjoyable, creative experience to be truly fulfilling. Lumen attempts to take the pain out of development by easing common tasks used in the majority of web projects, such as routing, database abstraction, queueing, and caching. The Lumen framework has a few system requirements. Of course, all of these requirements are satisfied by the Laravel Homestead virtual machine, so it's highly recommended that you use Homestead as your local Lumen development environment. Lumen utilizes Composer to manage its dependencies. So, before using Lumen, make sure you have Composer installed on your machine. Since Lumen is a totally separate framework from Laravel, it does not intentionally offer compatibility with any additional Laravel libraries like Cashier, Passport, Scout, etc.

Manage events on a Google Calendar

This package makes working with a Google Calendar a breeze. Manage events on a Google Calendar. The first thing you’ll need to do is get credentials to use Google's API. I’m assuming that you’ve already created a Google account and are signed in. Head over to Google API console and click "Select a project" in the header. You can give the service account a name. You can name it anything you’d like. In the service account id you’ll see an email address. We’ll use this email address later on in this guide. Select "JSON" as the key type and click "Create" to download the JSON file. You will get a warning that the service account does not have a role, you can safely ignore this and create the service account without assigning a role. Head over to Google Calendar and view the settings of the calendar you want to work with via PHP. On the "Share with specific people" tab press the "Add people" button and add the service account id that was displayed when creating credentials on the API site.

    One Person Businesses Methodology v2.0

    One Person Businesses Methodology v2.0

Book to build a one-person enterprise

This repository lays out a structured methodology for designing, launching, and operating a business solo—without co-founders or large teams. It includes frameworks for product validation, monetization paths, and minimal viable operations that emphasize leverage (automation, outsourcing, digital products). Each section provides checklists, decision criteria, and heuristics rather than rigid templates, recognizing the flexibility each individual needs. Because many solo ventures begin without funding, the methodology covers how to iterate quickly and adapt resources to revenue from early sales. It also discusses mindset, growth tracking, reinvestment strategies, and scaling to a small team when necessary. In essence, it’s a playbook guiding individuals through the typical failure points of one-person businesses with discipline, practicality, and feedback loops.

    PHP dotenv

    PHP dotenv

    Loads environment variables automatically

You should never store sensitive credentials in your code. Storing configuration in the environment is one of the tenets of a twelve-factor app. Anything that is likely to change between deployment environments, such as database credentials or credentials for 3rd party services, should be extracted from the code into environment variables. Basically, a .env file is an easy way to load custom configuration variables that your application needs without having to modify .htaccess files or Apache/nginx virtual hosts. This means you won't have to edit any files outside the project, and all the environment variables are always set no matter how you run your project, Apache, Nginx, CLI, and even PHP's built-in webserver. It's WAY easier than all the other ways you know of to set environment variables, and you're going to love it!

    PHP_CodeSniffer

    PHP_CodeSniffer

Tokenize PHP files and detects violations of coding standards

PHP_CodeSniffer is a set of two PHP scripts; the main phpcs script that tokenizes PHP, JavaScript and CSS files to detect violations of a defined coding standard, and a second phpcbf script to automatically correct coding standard violations. PHP_CodeSniffer is an essential development tool that ensures your code remains clean and consistent. PHP_CodeSniffer requires PHP version 5.4.0 or greater, although individual sniffs may have additional requirements such as external applications and scripts. See the Configuration Options manual page for a list of these requirements. If you're using PHP_CodeSniffer as part of a team, or you're running it on a CI server, you may want to configure your project's settings using a configuration file. If you use PEAR, you can install PHP_CodeSniffer using the PEAR installer. This will make the phpcs and phpcbf commands immediately available for use.

    PSR-7

    PSR-7

    PSR-7 HTTP message library

This repository contains a full PSR-7 message implementation, several stream decorators, and some helpful functionality like query string parsing. This package comes with a number of stream implementations and stream decorators. Reads from multiple streams, one after the other. Provides a buffer stream that can be written to fill a buffer, and read from to remove bytes from the buffer. This stream returns a "hwm" metadata value that tells upstream consumers what the configured high water mark of the stream is, or the maximum preferred size of the buffer. The CachingStream is used to allow seeking over previously read bytes on non-seekable streams. This can be useful when transferring a non-seekable entity body fails due to needing to rewind the stream (for example, resulting from a redirect). Data that is read from the remote stream will be buffered in a PHP temp stream so that previously read bytes are cached first in memory, then on disk.
