Gplot provides a convenient front-end for gnuplot. It accepts a large set of options to generate a single plot of one or more sets of data (overlaid as necessary).

Portable Plot is a pure ansi/iso c++ plot library that makes the construction of native plot widgets easy.

JSynoptic renders information graphically. It can be used as a simple graph plotter, or as a complex run-time monitoring environment. The user sets up shapes (like plots) on graphical pages, and uses data sources (ex: ASCII file) to render information.

The Forestry Commission and Natural England commissioned a bespoke data collection and presentation tool for calculating the potential for increasing the extent of tree cover across the north west of England. The data was divided into sub-regions by landscape type using Natural England's Character Area classifications. The potential within each of these Character Areas was then estimated by working groups of local experts who were capable of making reasoned assessments of both the opportunities and constraints to woodland creation. Subsequently, this project was considerably extended and adopted as a national system. It is currently being used to compile the National Woodland Potential dataset for the whole of England.

pyLastFM graph is commandline tool for creating a nice looking graph time graph from Last.fm profile data. It uses the audioscrobbler.net XML interface and can create very high resolution output images.

AbuGraph is a freely available Java application for the layout and visualization of directed graphs. Bound to a TCP port, it supports dynamic graph creation receiving commands from a telnet console or another third party application.

The AnimationS applet is a Java-based applet that is designed to allow you to create animations for browsers with a minimum of effort. It allows for not only animating, but fading, colorizing, zooming, overlays (of things like map outlines) and "portals"

Cleaver is a one-stop-shop for generating HTML presentations in record time. Using some spiced up markdown, you can produce good-looking, interactive presentations with a just a few lines of text. Cleaver supports several basic options that allow you to further customize the look and feel of your presentation, including author info, stylesheets, and custom templates. Cleaver has substantial theme support to give you more fine-grained control over your presentation, similar to options. Instead of manually specifying a stylesheet, template, layout, and others, you can specify a single theme containing each of these assets. Cleaver comes with a stylesheet that looks good by default, but you can extend it at your heart's desire. Themes are prepackaged options you can invoke from a directory, URL, or even a GitHub repository.
