Open Source Linux Survey Software

GEneric Medical Survey TRACKER is written in PHP, using Zend Framework. GemsTracker is a tool for tracking fixed sequences of surveys asked to groups of individuals or organizations. GemsTracker is not a tool for building and administrating surveys. For that specialized survey software packages are used by GemsTracker, with LimeSurvey as the first among equals.

LimeSurvey is a survey software to create online surveys. Features open/closed surveys, branching, participant administration, quotas, WYSIWYG HTML editor, email invitations & reminders, assessments, basic statistics and more.

This is the first implementation of QueLang. QueLang is a language I designed for Questionnaire Design and Implementation. This software can compile your code (written in .ql text files) into a special .qlc format (a kind of database). Then it can read those .qlc files to open them in viewer and export them to PDF format. It can be also used for exam and test designing! Tested on: -Linux Ubuntu 12.04 -Windows 7 64-bit QueLang can run by double clicking the .jar (or .exe) file. NOW INSTALLATION (or compilation) IS NEEDED! QueLang Survey Manager can concentrate Results of answered Questionnaires in a single database for mass statistical processing. Java EE based application for creating/managing/customizing generic surveys and generating reports based on the results

This app generates an HTML form, based on your specification (any number of check, radio, and text entry items), and starts a server to receive survey responses from the audience (they all connect to the LAN server using phones or any other Wifi Internet device). The survey responses are all saved to a file of your choice, and an included demo report displays all submitted entries, plus a total list of all check items and radio selections. Then it presents a bar chart displaying the survey's check and radio results.
