This is a place where I can share current projects I'm working on. Most code found here is beta at best, but will hopefully be useful to someone other than myself. Current work is related to TiK and TiK packages.

GenomePixelizer is a program for comparative genomics, detection of duplication events in genomes, tracking the "footprints" of evolution. It may be considered as a drawing tool that generates custom images of genomes out of the given set of genes.
