The XMI Tools are a library for reading and manipulating XMI files. The main application is called XMI-Linker; it allows us to split UML models into several files.

Implemented classes of 3d objects: * Vector * Point * Line * Plane * LineSegment Yet incompletely implemented classes: * Triangle * Disk (closed circle) * Union (a collection of 3d objects) Each object has methods for finding its sizes, containing box or containing sphere. It finds intersection and distance or closest to another object part of itself. It also can tell if it contains the other object or is it contained by that. Where appropriate, it's easy to check orthogonality and parallelism. Vectors are sub-typed from numpy ndarray class. Extensive unit tests are included. Test coverage exceeds 95%. 2D-GraLab is a program that is dedicated to automatically generating schematic representation of nonbonding interactions across the protein binding interfaces.

The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a GObject-based library where a custom application can put common CAD entities such as paths, hatches and dimensions, to automatically create technical drawings. A demo application is provided in order to show the capabilities of the canvas. Although it is possible to interact with the library directly in C (that is what the adg-demo program is doing), the canvas is expected to be used from higher level languages, much in the same way as what done in the GNOME stack. Lua bindings based on LGI are already provided out of the box. The adg-lua project, downloadable from the "Files" section, provides Lua programs and demos that leverages these bindings.

JAGAL provides implementations for directed graphs (weighted and unweighted) and varoius types of transition systems as well as utils for graph traversal and modification. JAGAL builds upon the Java library TOVAL (located at http://sourceforge.net/p/toval). To use JAGAL, make sure the TOVAL library is on the build path. MSCViewer is a tool intended for debugging of control flows in concurrent, distributed systems. The tool loads logs generated by various entities in the system and visualize a sequence diagram chart for events and interactions.
