The Structure-Based Internet Topology gEnerator (S-BITE) is an Autonomous System (AS) level topology generator for the Internet. The generator exploits a technique that partitions the network topology into two distinct blocks: the Core, which captures the underlying community structure of the Internet, and the Periphery, representing the “tendrils” of the topology. Thanks to this layering, S-BITE is able to accurately reproduce Internet topology at the statistical level,matching classical graph metrics, and represent its structure. The Gateways Team of the Live-Virtual-Constructive Architecture Roadmap Implementation (LVCAR-I) effort is developing a set of tools that will support the gateway community. One of these tools is the Simulation Data Exchange Model (SDEM) Mapping Language (SML) Editor. The tool provides the ability to import two SDEMs in their native language and subsequently view the entities that need to be mapped between the two SDEMs. The SDEM Editor also allows the user to create these mappings and store the result in an SML file.

Software Process Model Suite is a toolset for modeling and simulate software process models. Is composed by: 1. a simulator engine; 2. a modeling tool based on SPEM, that uses model transformation approach; 3. a visual graphical simulator.

SPSens is a complete software package written in C that estimates parameter sensitivities for stochastic models of chemical and biochemical reaction networks using Monte Carlo (MC) stochastic simulations. It is possible to estimate sensitivities with respect to system parameters using the following algorithms: finite difference methods (crude monte carlo, common reaction path, coupled finite differences); likelihood ratio methods; and regularized pathwise derivatives. Additionally the package includes basic stochastic simulation algorithms. The package includes several example networks which can be easily modified for other networks. Serial and parallel MPI implementations can be built and called from the command line. The serial implementation of the package can also be called from Matlab via the MEX interface with limited functionality. It supports many user specified options, including the use of antithetic sampling that can be used in some cases to increase efficiency.

SageMaker Chainer Containers is an open-source library for making the Chainer framework run on Amazon SageMaker. This repository also contains Dockerfiles which install this library, Chainer, and dependencies for building SageMaker Chainer images. Amazon SageMaker utilizes Docker containers to run all training jobs & inference endpoints. The Docker images are built from the Dockerfiles specified in Docker/. The Docker files are grouped based on Chainer version and separated based on Python version and processor type. The Docker images, used to run training & inference jobs, are built from both corresponding "base" and "final" Dockerfiles. The "base" Dockerfile encompasses the installation of the framework and all of the dependencies needed. All "final" Dockerfiles build images using base images that use the tagging scheme.
