Pros: Clean easy to use interface.
Main features are also of good quality.
Support was easy to contact and quick to reply.

Cons: Missing some of the additional features that larger VDRs (Merril, Intralinks) have.

Overall: Positive on the whole but perhaps missing some of the additional features that larger VDRs have.
Would be recommending alongside other datarooms to be considered for RFPs.

Pros: Easy and intuitive platform to use, user friendly, it made our deals flow much smoother.
Excellent Q&A tracking functionality.

Cons: Despite being easy to use, the interface is very basic and doesn't allow for multiple features to be implemented.

Overall: Overall it is a solid product that gets the job done with no extra fringes.
