Pros: Easy to setup a job, create a booking and assign it to my team.
Can adjust timing or days of booking quickly from the app. When jobs are done, invoices and info syncs straight into Xero.Cons: We switched from spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group... so we had to change to the new system which meant getting our team to download and learn how to use it, but once it was all setup and running it saves so much time. My wife thinks it saved our marriage ha ha.
Overall: Good overall - well worth the effort to switch. We trialed a few other platforms but liked this one as it was simple, and they have training webinars multiple times a week so easy to get staff trained up or do refreshers.
