Rise Vision

Pros: Rise Vision allowed me to produce a scheduled communication strategy that can easily be adjusted and adjustments to just specific upcoming announcements. It is easy to use and importing calendar widgets was a huge plus. The digital signage is attractive and draws students to its content. The emergency alert capability is also extremely helpful. Since we began using Rise Vision, our student involvement has increased by 30%.

Cons: I cannot think of any downsides. Any questions or issues I encountered were answered by a support team at Rise Vision.

Overall: Rise Vision had clear implementation and allows me to communicating in real time with our students and alerting students of upcoming or emergency events.

Pros: The flexibility of timed presentations is just what we were looking for. There are MANY templated slides to choose from, and Rise even gives the option of integrating Google Slides, webpages, video, and so on. This is a big product with lots of features.

Cons: My one quibble is with the templated presentations. There are so many great ones, but there's frequently an element that I need to change because it doesn't quite fit our use case. However, invariably this one element is uneditable; a core component of the presentation. If Rise could miraculously make all elements editable in their templates, it'd be a huge game changer.

Overall: Overall, we are super satisfied with our Rise Vision experience. We've been subscribers for 3 years now. They have incredible customer support, and are always open to suggestions or to give a screen demo to clarify any issue I've had while learning the product.

Pros: It's easy to set up and great for employees to see internal communications. We have multiple locations across North America and it makes sharing relevant information easier.

Cons: No cons at the moment. We really like Rise Vision.

Overall: We've had this software for a few years for internal communications. It's a great way to share information across multiple locations.

Pros: Rise Vision is a great product for our digital signage. It's easy to use and offers many very appealing graphics that can be customized. I love being able to post an ad and set up the timing for it and not have to worry about it. Set it and forget it! I also like being able to change the timing on a single ad so that it sits on the screen a little longer if I want it to. It's very customizable, which is perfect.

Cons: I can't really think of any cons for this product. I sometimes have trouble remembering the pixel requirements, but that's my own fault!

Overall: Rise Vision has been a great product for us and I recommend it to anyone looking for a digital signage solution.

Pros: I like how easy it is to post information for our students to see. It's a great way to get information out to them quickly.

Cons: I don't like that I don't have my own page apart from other departments.

Overall: Overall, it's a great product! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get information out to a large population quickly.

Pros: Easy to use with a lot of different templates to use, depending on the situation. Very good to help with communications for over 1400 members of club.

Pros: We love how easy Rise Vision is to use—built-in templates make creating content quick and simple. From lunch menus and student highlights to trivia and reminders, it’s our go-to tool for keeping students and staff informed and engaged. It's an essential part of our school day!

Cons: While Rise Vision is a great tool, we’d love to see more template variety to keep content fresh. The Apple TV integration has improved, but it could still be smoother for seamless display across all devices.

Overall: Rise Vision has become a valuable part of our daily communication. It’s easy to use, offers helpful templates, and keeps students and staff engaged with dynamic, relevant content. While there’s still room for improvement—especially with device integration and template variety—it’s a reliable and effective tool for school-wide messaging.

Pros: pretty much everything. So easy to use, good price, great templates. Love the upcoming events reminders as well.

Cons: I wish you could selectively remove brand colors from a single slide instead of having to apply them universally.

Overall: Great, affordable, easy-to-use product. Highly recommended for schools. We use a lot of the pre-made templates and they look great.

Cons: Sometimes the templates are clunky and I wish there was a custom template option that transferred from 4K to 1080p easily. Other than that, I enjoy the software!

Overall: Rise Vision has been an awesome tool for our company. We were able to replace all of our printed freestanding posters with TV's hosted with digital displays. The software is easy to use and quick to update! We're able to host multiple different schedules with various different displays. Highly recommend!

Pros: We are a manufacturing company who employs 45 production and approximately 10 remote employees. The program allows us to post announcements on our breakroom tv which our production employees can view during breaks and lunches. I love that the program provides already made templates for those of us who aren't as creative as others, yet provides a blank template to upload our own completed forms for posting if needed.

Cons: I wish there was an option to show the display to our remote employees, otherwise we are duplicating efforts by sending out a separate email communication.

Overall: It's a very easy tool to promote new hires, promotions, anniversaries and other company announcements with attractive backgrounds.

Pros: We utilize this product on a daily basis for many situations including keeping teams updated on events, process changes, safety awareness and new team members. It is a great tool to share information and keep our teams from the office and plant connected and on the same page.

Cons: Currently we only have one screen in the break room. It would be nice if there was a way to share these events and information with some of our remote staff that are not located in the office to review.

Overall: This is a great product that is able to share the information that we need to all members of our team. It helps to keep them informed and united when there are events or changes happening.

Pros: We use Rise Vision in our breakroom as an electronic bulletin board for our staff. As a business open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, and where our employees are often in appointments - it is great to have this program to be able to spotlight employee reviews, contests, upcoming meetings, etc. We have integrated it with Google Slides for a more seamless update process, and it works great!

Cons: Sometimes the program can be glitchy and has a hard time connecting to the tv we use for the display.

Overall: Overall, I think the addition of Rise Vision to our business has made a positive impact on employee morale.

Pros: Rise Vision is a very intuitive program for all of your digital signage. There are amazing built in templates to use for any need. It is also very simple to create your own slides from scratch. We currently have about 25 displays that we are using across our district, and are looking to add more very soon.

Cons: I wish there were more options for school districts for multiple buildings.

Overall: Rise Vision is a fantastic platform. Easy to use, very functional for all of our needs. We have several different staff members that are able to use it for a multitude of purposes.

Pros: Rise Vision's user interface is easy to navigate and helps our school update our students daily. Syncs to all seven of our displays over our entire campus.

Cons: I wish we could use more of its many features, but our needs are fairly basic.

Overall: We have used Rise Vision for years now and have never bothered to look for anything different. Rise Vision meets our needs perfectly.

Pros: Ease of use, all in one product. You don't have to maintain hardware as it is delivered as part of the package we chose.

Cons: None. Risevision works as advertised with great customer service

Overall: This has been a great product for use in delivering information to students and employees in public spaces.

Pros: user friendly; reasonable price; good tech support; great solution for our library setting; it is used around the school to communicate with student population

Cons: hard to come up with a negative-I guess since I am in a high school I would appreciate less salacious headlines

Overall: Fantastic service for anyone who needs prepared signage; highly recommend it for a school setting to communicate effectively and passively

Pros: Can not just pick one. It is a very easy interface through the CMS. It is very easy to build the display pages and schedule. Our clients love the product.

Cons: No cons as we have not had any issues. I think more of the time the slowness is from our internet.

Overall: We have used Rise for about 5 years now. We have used it in our office and a few clients have used it as well.
The back end use interface is very simple to use and after showing the clients how to use it and build the displays they catch on very quickly and maybe have asked a few questions for us to help.
Overall we have been very pleased with how Rise is easy to use and set up.

Overall: Rise Vision makes my work much easier. I am able to put all my videos to together for presenting to customers as they walk through my office.

Cons: Not enough time in my schedule to learn all the aspects of the program

Overall: Rise Vision is a convenient way to keep our students, faculty, and staff up-to-date with events on campus. The program is quick and easy to use so our displays look great. There is a wonderful selection of templates to choose from but it's simple to create your own.

Pros: It's easy to use, has fun presentation templates, able to get our information out in a fun way. Able to set date/time for presentations to expire.

Cons: When our building's internet goes down, Rise Vision goes down as well.

Overall: We are able to show information for hours, closures, programs we offer as well as fun things such as joke of the day or national days.
