Rise Vision

Pros: I'm not one to read instructions before I dive into a product - I started experimenting and seeing what Rise Vision could do and it was intuitive enough that I had it working in a matter of minutes. I have since read more about how to properly use it, but it's easy to use and anyone can use it.

Cons: I no longer manage the digital signage system, but it worked well for our campus and I don't have any negative comments about it.

Overall: Easy to use and quick to jump in and get started. I've had very good results with their support team and they are always fast and prompt. Great product!

Pros: I enjoy using Rise Vision for work because it makes posting new content simple and efficient. The platform delivers excellent quality and offers a seamless way to schedule and assign content to various screens. I highly recommend it for large organizations. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to organize screens by category, making it easy to locate the specific screens you need and ensure the right content is displayed in the right location.

Cons: The only challenge was a small learning curve in getting used to the program. However, it didn’t take long to grasp, and once I got the hang of it, I found it very easy to work with.

Overall: I use Rise Vision daily for work and appreciate how simple and efficient it makes posting new content. The platform delivers excellent quality and provides a seamless way to schedule and assign content across multiple screens. One of its standout features is the ability to organize screens by category, making it easy to locate specific displays and ensure the right content appears in the right place.

Cons: If you do not use/update it for a while, it can be difficult to navigate without notes.

Overall: I would definitely recommend this to others (and I do!). It is a great option for sharing information with others. The visual aspect in high traffic areas that is accessible to others is amazing.

Pros: Manage display content remotely, allows to setup users so they can manage/create content, templates library.

Cons: I was not able to fully customize a template. I am not sure this was because of the lack of knowledge I had in Rise Vision or due to how placeholders work.

Overall: We have been using Rise Vision for a some years now. For us, it is so useful as we can show info in displays we have around. We like that we can create users and they are able to manage and create display content without having IT do it. We also love that we can manage the displays remotely for the rest of the offices. The templates include are super handy as well. We started using jitbit then switched to raspberry pi then google tv device and now we buy TVs with google OS so we do not need an extra device for this.

Pros: Ease of use and professional results! The digital signage presents a cutting edge feel to our office.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, love this product! Simple to integrate to any "off-the-shelf" TV.

Overall: Again, highly recommended! So easy to install, integrate and implement. I am always impressed by the flexibility and simplicity.

Pros: The templates that are provided for upcoming events make it easy to deploy new digital displays without missing any important events.

Cons: I have only been using the product for a little over one-year. To date, I have not experienced any issues with the product.

Overall: The Rise Vision platform is very easy to use. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a digital display software platform.

Pros: I like the fact that you can put Live video on Rise Vision. I also like the integration with Google.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about Rise Vision.

Overall: Overall it helps people around campus meet their needs without having to learn a difficult new piece of technology.

Pros: Easy-to-use interface. Granular control. Easy to set permissions for different users to different signs. RV's baked-in presentations help make our signs much more interesting! We love Rise Vision!

Cons: Nothing to think of other than, administratively, we would like to be able to add HTTP content and not ONLY HTTPS. There are feeds we use that are not available via HTTPS and there's no way to port the HTTP content to HTTPS (we've tried!).

Overall: Very good experience. We recommend them highly! Rise Vision has excellent customer support via phone and email. And it's domestic support, which is a huge plus!

Pros: It is quick to learn with a little help. Volunteers can maintain presentations easily. They have a hardware terminal now that simplifies everything even more.

Cons: The documentation is lacking detail. Sometimes it is just easier to hammer through it and learn from your mistakes.

Overall: It is a great service for us as a small church. We run two monitors in the the two main entrances that keep the congregants in the loop and help new visitors find their way in the church.

Pros: It has many features. I'm able to do pretty much everything I want to do and more. It is more affordable than other options I've looked at and has more features than most. Excellent customer support.

Cons: I don't think it's the easiest platform to learn. However, they have great customer support that can help if you get stuck.

Overall: Overall great experience. After the initial set up I had one bump in the road trying to figure out how to schedule playlists. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution that worked really well for what I am trying to do. My organization uses this to display directional and promotional signage and it has been very helpful in helping us accomplish what we want to accomplish.

Pros: Easy to use. Great customer support. Very easy to add content to our displays and Rise Vision customer support is tremendous.

Cons: I do not have any cons to add to this. We've had a great experience.

Overall: Digital displays have been a great addition to our district, and Rise Vision has made it extremely easy!

Pros: The templates help so much! There are many for most major holidays. The countdown templates are nice along with the weather ones that will give you weather for your location.

Cons: I do wish there were some more religious templates to use is all.

Overall: It is great! Very easy to use. You have the choice of using their own device that they offer for using Rise Vision or building your own device to be used.

Pros: We began using Rise Vision over a year ago to enhance our communication with employees. Our plant is open 24/7 so many employees are not available during normal office hours.

We found it very easy to set up and use. We use the scheduler function to target different employee audiences and use many of the pre-populated templates.

Cons: Not a lot of negatives -- the one I would say is that to use your own powerpoints or PDF slides took a little bit of work initially -- now the functionality has been improved and it's a lot easier.

Overall: Very good experience -- easy to set-up, install and use on a daily basis. We haven't had to use the Support function very often and that's a plus!

Cons: - Can be difficult to size photos into existing templates or edit templates to get exactly what you need
- Occasional lost connections and devices need rebooting and restarting

Overall: I love using Rise Vision software on all our displays in the school. The displays are instant boosts to engagement and make communication easier. Love the options and layouts and how professional everything looks. It's easy to manage a team and get content scheduled ahead of time.

Pros: We use this is the foyer of our Elementary School. Parents, teachers, students and visitor see this on a daily basis. I love that they have pre-set images to use, but also we can use our own. We get reminders of all Federal Holidays. It is SO easy to post. Everyone loves to look at it each day. We even have a list of our Faculty and Staff listed on our Rise Vision.

Cons: The location of the computer in the back is hard to reset at times (back of TV where is posted high on the wall).

Overall: Love it! User friendly. The customer support is great, the company sends out suggestions and reminders every few weeks. I highly suggest them.

Pros: Rise Vision is easy to use, implement, and navigate. We have taken our digital signage into a whole new era as we have rolled our Rise across the televisions and interactive flat panels across our campus. Controlling what is seen and when it is seen is as easy as can be with a minimal learning curve.

Cons: While we had some issues with using Firesticks and Rise Vision, the Rise Vision tech support helped address our concerns and found a solution that kept us doing business. My advice is to check compatibility with existing systems and look at systems that might be cost-effective to implement.

Overall: There are many different software companies you can use for digital signage. I was able to demo several and Rise Vision is by far the easiest software to use with several features to customize. On our campus we are moving beyond digital signage with Rise Vision and now utilizing it for instructional purposes by using it to display classroom objectives, agendas, learning standards and vocabulary.

Pros: Rise Vision has allowed me to setup and monitor multiple screens throughout our campus, while giving multiple people access to manage the content. Once the initial setup was complete other people do all of the work. The large library of auto-updating content provides a variety of appropriate and easy to use content. Couple that with the ability to upload your own logo and branding package and everything is super convenient.

Cons: This is probably user error, but I sometimes get bogged down with assigning the same content to multiple screens without doing it separately for each one. Again, probably my lack of experience.

Overall: Overall this product is well worth the subscription price. The content and continuous updates for holidays, events, and common items make it a breeze to keep up with current events. There are more things it will do that I haven't yet taken advantage of.

Pros: Great templates and opportunities to promote programs and school events. REALLY easy to use and very informative!

Cons: Its great! No cons! The system is easy to use! Anyone that installs it will be really happy with it

Overall: Really great system for keeping students, students and schools up to date! Holidays, special events and team sports are easily displayed in an interactive and informative format!

Pros: Rise Vision's ability to interface with Google applications make creating custom slides or videos, and updating them on the fly easy. The process for adding and removing items from your electronic displays is very understandable and easy to learn.

Cons: I didn't find very much that I didn't like about the application. It took me about half an hour to learn how to post slides from Google and videos from YouTube and then it was just a matter of repetition before it felt like second nature.

Overall: I've really enjoyed using Rise Vision for communicating important information to remote locations. I work for a public transit agency with bases and transfer centers located throughout the county. The ability to quickly create and post information for our drivers and others is making a positive impact on how we serve our region.
