    "Disappointed"

    Pros: Worked great for years, until two weeks ago......It was always reliable and did not have a complaint, but a change must have been made where the service got all fowled up.

    Cons: I have been using Sideline for years and never had an issue until two weeks ago where an incoming call is received, answered and 2 seconds later it disconnects the call. This happens all the time. Have contacted customer service numerous times and they cannot seem to correct this issue. Looking for alternative providers.

    Overall: At this point, overall experience is extremely frustrating as I have to call back whoever is calling me once the call is automatically disconnect. Wished Sideline could figure out the problem, but right now, looking for alternatives.
